Becoming a New Patient
To schedule an appointment, please contact my office manager Bari Hall at bari.hall@kbruningmd.com or call 631.923.1272. You’ll be asked to complete a new patient services agreement and other forms via my patient portal prior to your appointment.

Explanation of Payment Options
Payment is required at time of service. Contact Bari Hall at bari.hall@kbruningmd.com or call 631.923.1272 to discuss fees and payment policies.
I do not participate in any insurance plans, but do provide a detailed receipt after each appointment and you are free to submit this information to your insurance company to file a claim on your own.

Cancellation Policy
You are financially responsible for all missed appointments. At a minimum, you must cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged for the appointment. A $30 fee will be assessed in the event of a returned check.

NY State Mandated Reporting
As a mandated reporter by the State of New York, I am required by law to report any cases of suspected child abuse or neglect.
